Do you sometimes feel that you aren't measuring up? When this happens you must ask yourself whose standards are you measuring yourself and your life against and why? If you find yourself trying to live up to someone else's expectations of who you are supposed to be and how you are supposed to be living your life, ask yourself why. Ask yourself why you feel the need for outside approval in order to be happy. Then get to work making yourself happy by your own standards.
